- alex_sf 4y agoThat's a limitation of the dataset used for that particular tuned model. Probably not a great choice on their part given that people aren't reading past the headline, but the actual base model is not restricted.
- dragonwriter 4y agoIts CC-BY-NC-SA because of the upstream sources used for instruction training. There’s open resources being developed for that that I’ve seen, but probably nothing ready.
