It is exclusive culture advertised as inclusive. But compared to the monarchs of old, these subculture simply lacks the popularity. With good reason too, although the "class" of the old guard at least had the decency to hide their prejudice. I worked in the past, but today the concept of monarchy or higher virtue doesn't really work. I think far more unhealthy is not the lacking appreciation of success, it is the lack of enlightenment values, also often called universal values. In that regard the US is and will be the most successful western nation. If they manage to keep it that way that is... It certainly has won the battle of culture and ideas, even with the backlash of today.
