I kick myself everyday for throwing away two Amiga 500's in their original (but moldy) boxes and styrofoam. I just didn't have room for it and I didn't use them anymore, not even sure if they still worked.
- bartread 3y agoSame. I got rid of my Amiga 500 back in 2002 and have regretted it pretty much ever since. I bought an Amiga 1200 before the pandemic but, whilst it's a great machine (and obviously more capable than my old A500), it's not the same because I don't have all my old software, programs I wrote, etc. Absolutely feel your pain.
- snvzz 3y agoI'm glad I kept mine, and another I was given by someone who didn't use or want his machine anymore. Both still work, one of them I have set up and use semi-daily.
