Cabin (https://www.cabinprivatetravel.com/ https://www.cabinprivatetravel.com/) used to offer an SF-LA sleeper bus circa 2017, but looks like they're just doing private charters nowadays. I guess they couldn't make it work even with $115 one-way tickets. The sleeper train here is admittedly aiming at a slightly different audience but it's not clear to me it'll be any more successful...
