  Ha! Well, we are in hot demand ;) Actually, I have contributed essentially zero code to our SaaS products. We had partners on Freckle, but bought them out because they were not doing their work. Otherwise we hire freelancers. I am the biz "visionary" (barf), the designer, marketer, copywriter rolled into one. Which is more than enough, believe me. :)
