What Was Twitter, Anyway?

We should legally examine how it broke promises... In order to recruit users, these sites used to make wild promises, all those old videos and flyers are scraped off the Internet now, but I'm pretty sure many of them promised that Twitter should always be free and that the site would protect people's information... Things broken in many ways since people signed up.
