True, but then you also get times when somebody who should know better implements a "in current financial year w/ special cases" function 3 times. Then your tester says it isn't correct in 2/3 places, you find out you've only updated the function in 1 place and either abstract those the other 2 cases out or update it in those 2 places aswell.
