The gold old days. My first real corporate gig was programming (Fortran, DCL, and odd bits of Ada) AND operations on various VMS clusters. Fun times. I have occasionally created a Hobbyist cluster and played around with it just long enough to remember when went towards UNIX. I have been at several gigs where somebody has said, "Oh yea, that connects to a VMS system for x,y,z," and I know enough to sound competent. Still kind fun to find it out in the wild from time-to-time. But I'll have to give this a look see, there is still some fascinate technology at work there.
