In the UK we have this concept of "the local" pub, often where you'd go and meetup with friends for a catchup.
- LeanderK 3y agoyeah, I am a bit confused by the statement. I have never planned this, it just happens after repeatedly meeting at the same pub in some frequency. I've also seen a shared, regular activity create this, for example the monthly pub quiz or sneak preview in the small independent cinema. I think it's important that it's somewhat accessible everyone so that it's not a chore.
