I worked on an openvms system rubbing a lab at a hospital in 2019. Damn that thing was rickety. DCL saved my bacon for a while, since their COBOL compiler was broken. I did miss command-line history. I was watching this project like a hawk, hoping that I could set up a VM for testing. I'm glad that they finally released something but I their number of users has to be in the hundreds at most.
