I wonder why amaricans are silent with a foreign company abusing laws to stifle and destroy their budding talent pools like this. Each time nintendo twists the law to dish out illegal abuse, it drives talented people elsewhere. I'm sure it already had a real negative effect on US overall ability to compete with other countries. I guess I just don't understand why they don't get penalized for abusing the rights of US citizens.
