- c7DJTLrn 3y agoAre you speculating or is there precedent for this? I highly doubt even the largest criminal organisations are producing custom hardware or software.
- 55555 3y agoThe largest cartels operate their own cell networks and have dedicated proprietary technology and netsec divisions.
