GPT-4 Is a Risky Dependency for FOSS Projects

That's a bit of a buried lede. I'm not really worried about that, though - last I checked, it's still perfectly legal to mimic someone else's API. If you want to provide an OpenAI-to-llama.cpp compatibility layer, nobody will stop you (in theory). Unless/until there's some standardized way of interfacing with these models, I don't think it's fair to blame other companies for malicious non-compliance.
