I feel like that could sort itself out. With overly complicated or obfuscated code, it would hopefully be hard to prove infringement.

- AlbertCory 3y agoYou don't infringe the source code, you infringe the claims (as has always been the case). The source code provides the Written Description and Enablement requirements.
