I think most countries in Europe would have local solar panel sellers. I'm in Ireland which is usually pretty bad for availability of things, (for example, there's no amazon.ie - we have to buy from UK or DE) and even here we have solartricity.ie, solarstore.ie and several others. Longi panels are what I got, if you want a recognisable brand name Panasonic also do them.
