- throwaway2037 3y agoI felt exactly the same. The term "suspected fraud" is so perfect PR speak in 2023. It is an excellent catch-all that makes it appear that the company is protecting is good customers from the Bad Ones. Banks do the same with KYC/AML. If your relationship is worth less than a million USD, who cares -- ban them / refuse them. If multi-millions, then the rules can be bent.
