Can you explain a bit about how renewables will power everything?

  Just look at the trajectories: the whole world is building renewables on an ever increasing scale which will replace fossil fuels bit by bit. By keeping the existing Natural gas plants available the world will have sufficient peak and compensation capacity until improvements to the grid and batteries make 100% renewables viable.
