“Dozens of changes” but without values who gets to decide WHAT changes are tested? Sure there is UX/CRO research but without a moral compass it is exactly how you end up with dark patterns.
- wbobeirne 3y agoAgreed, and my impression was there wasn't a lot of scrutiny there. It was purely numbers driven, if it could be tested and measured it would, and if it won it was adopted. Very little emphasis on UX, product cohesion, or any specific design principles.
