- orbz 3y agoThings coming from above that may not have been communicated down: - Headcount projections for next quarter - New projects on the horizon - A project has been cancelled (seriously, waited 3 weeks to hear of this once, all throw away work) - Results of OKR exercises - What OTHER adjacent teams are up to (they might be building the exact same thing in parallel, someone above both groups is responsible for that getting communicated) - Non-standard corporate holiday is happening, so like don't show up to the office that day - Leadership team off-site, so they won't be available for a couple days - Compliance related activities happening - Disaster recovery drills are underway, expect weird things happening
