And yet when was the last time you heard of someone having to apply a patch to the firmware on their thermostat?
- outworlder 15y agoNot all patches are bad. They can be very beneficial, adding new features, for instance. And there's the obvious bug fixing. You are stuck with a defective device if you can't update it.
