You’d also need to find a revenue source to maintain the airport and pay salaries which is kind of important
- actionablefiber 4y agoI think another point is that thanks to TSA measures it will pretty much always be unpleasant, so you can make money squeezing people with layovers who don't want to, or don't have time to, go through security an extra time. If you have a layover in a train station, e.g. with Amtrak, you can just leave the train station and go to a nearby shop if you need something.
