        Would be interesting to see data. My impression is that human crashes are predominately caused by errors like lack of attention, poor impulse control (speeding, tailgating, etc), and slow processing of surprises.

  Why does it need to be general? When would it need to write essays about the Romans, or determine novel gene functions, or do forensic accounting? AGI means it can do any task. I’m not seeing driving, as complicated as it is, as requiring truly general intelligence.
