- ksaj 3y agoHealthline says "In other cases, nutmeg overdose has been linked to death when used in combination with other drugs." I take it to mean you may be more susceptible to death by nutmeg overdose if you are suffering an Irukandji sting - that their venom contains something akin to one of those "other drugs."
