Honestly, most of them do it.. not even because they want to, but because it's expected on the other end. I've been in contract negotiations where the purchase of industrial equipment is contingent upon prostitutes and trips to DisneyWorld. Of course we don't want to pay for these things, but if you don't, they just give the contract to someone who will.
