Three thoughts: first people in hospitals constraint to mostly their bed loose IQ points by the day lacking physical interactions, second I'd assume it's about developing intelligence and third I can easily imagine the Internet and its technical restrictions plus its users and their behaviour as some kind of body, useful to let a AI train itself on and achieve goals. But actually I fear the possible outcomes.
