Homicides in Brazil lead to 6 years in prison. The system doesn't work, but we have these gems like "if inmates read books...", the cherry on top of shit.

  It's 6 to 20 years. Not "only 6". And that is, "simple" murder.

    Is not only 6 (i never say "only"), but is not rare 6 years. X years in prison in Brazil is bullshit. At 1/3 of x or 1/2 or .., the prisoner is free. Suzane von Richthofen cruelly killed her father and mother. She is 39 years old. After 20 years on prison, she is already free.

        Two homicides, she could be half open at 14 (but she didn't want to), 7 years for each homicide, NOT 20. What is your point?

          I just thought it was misleading as if any person that actually kill people would get only 6 years arrested in practice, which is not the case.
