Traditional prepaid are basically illegal in EU now. You need to provide name, address and social security number to buy and activate them. I guess US could follow. With that said, it's a terrible idea.
- wkat4242 4y agoHmm no? Not in Ireland or Netherlands. You can just grab one at the counter and they work straight away. I always grab the ones from tesco mobile as I don't want to be tracked everywhere
