- yamtaddle 4y agoWell it's gotta be landlocked, and it'll probably be small. Wikipedia reveals that it's... Lesotho. Sure enough, landlocked and small. I'd never have guessed it, because I didn't realize that part of South Africa was a big mountainous plateau. Nepal evidently has some quite low points, as it's nowhere near the top of the list. The "Lesotho" page confirms its #1 status for highest-lowest-point. It wins by a large margin.
