- revolvingocelot 4y agoThat's "Virtute", from the Canadian city of Winnipeg's Latin motto, "unum cum virtute multorum": "one with the strength of many". Not from Winterpeg or anything, just long-ago research resulting from my personal insistence that the guy from Propagandhi wouldn't be making spelling mistakes
