Critical race theory is a fad among academicians, but it isn't academic in any way. It's a prescriptive worldview about how to interpret social dynamics; it is not a descriptive theory from which one can derive testable hypotheses. Like any other prescriptive worldview, it has no place being taught as truth in a public school, which is what the opposition is all about.
