I’m waiting on the AI that is an expert at all things AWS. I’d like to learn about AWS services and then be able to have it generate SAM or CloudFormation templates.
I realized this is probably (hopefully) being worked on by some Amazon engineers. It’s so obvious when I started imagining what AI tools are around the corner.
Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if programming languages each had their own AI that could (try to) serve as an expert in the language.
- derwiki 3y agoCan't ChatGPT [mostly] do this already? It was trained on all AWS documentation up until the training cut off
- sovietmudkipz 3y agoKind of. I’ve been using it, and it gets stuff wrong (hallucinations) or it just doesn’t know about things (I.e. the new additions to GameLift). Granted GPT is what I use to do this now. But I’m also ready to see what focused, tailored AI would be able to do. P.S. if any Amazon engineers see this and there is indeed a focused AI in the works, I would love to be a pre-alpha/alpha tester. I am willing to provide useful kind feedback.
- tough 3y agotry phind.com expert mode uses gpt4 agents to look up for fresh stuff on the web and digest it for you
- spaceman_2020 3y agoDid you try GPT-3.5 or 4?

- bradhilton 3y agoI just read somewhere today that their new code completion tool, CodeWhisperer, is better at Amazon APIs than GitHub Copilot (makes sense).
