U.S. officials identify classified documents leaker- 21yo Air National Guardsman
- adamrezich 4y agoI remember when a government employee leaked information obtained from a phone call between the President and another foreign leader (long before said foreign leader became an internationally-recognized household name…), and nearly everyone in government was afraid to reveal his identity due to "national security". now we have intelligence agencies leaking the identity of a government leaker to media organizations in order to publicly out him, by name. how times change in a few short years, depending on who is in power…
- ratg13 4y agoWhere did this headline come from? He is just a suspect, they most certainly did not identify the leaker .. they identified their current primary suspect, or at very least they are detaining someone they think likely knows more. Please don’t editorialize headlines like this that twist the story. Innocent until proven guilty and all that.
