Musk, Boebert call to ‘defund’ NPR after it quit Twitter
- quantified 4y agoSo much for free speech! Isn't NPR allowed to not publish content wherever it doesn't want to? Excepting radio, that's its charter.
- sharemywin 4y agoIn all fairness Musk did a great job of defunding twitter. so maybe he should just buy it.
- bell-cot 4y ago> NPR also said it receives less than one percent of its funding from the government. It would be interesting to know what percentage of government funding some of Musk's and Boebert's favorite "non-government" media outlets receive (by actually-honest accounting).
