I want to use full-screen on apps in Mac OS, but the insanely long and slow transitions when switching between them makes it unusable. A few years ago you could remove those transitions with a few commands, but no more. And it makes no sense, since the application is taking inputs while the transition is running. You're just stuck looking at the old app fading away while the new one fades in, also flashing you with a bright white screen in the process. Ughh!
