To your example specifically: don’t cheat either? Are you implying that “people cheat on each other, so there should be no moral standards”?

- kar5pt 3y agoMost of the countries ranked low on that list practice arranged marriages with no premarital sex. Is this what you're advocating for? Because I'd bet most Americans and Europeans don't want to live that lifestyle. For some STIs the main consequence is the stigma in the first place. Creating more stigma to reduce
