Im a principal at AWS. Ive worked across similar org sizes in the past. If we were having coffee Id ask who you report to, as org charts matter to perception. Why your input isnt (apparently) valued for business & technical strategy. Who youre trying to influence, and how. And who told you that you shouldnt be informing those decisions.
