100% agreed, especially for tacos. For burritos carne asada is also top tier in my book.

Al pastor + Secret Aardvark is the holiest of hot sauce/food combinations, IMO. Edit: Tripa is also a "must" at a taco stand for me. Extra crispy is the way to go.

    OK? I actually agree with the general sentiment. I just happen to quite enjoy that combo and while I do enjoy taqueria sauces, I just haven't found any that have paired quite as well as that.

It's not meat and it's not in redwood city, but taqueria la espuela in mountain view has amazing veggie burritos. Amazing because I'm not vegetarian and it's still my favorite dish on their very decent menu.
