Rescuing a Project in Progress
- GianFabien 4y agoGreat advice. The most critical attribute of a successful project manager is to have a backbone and to be able to say NO. In corporate settings I have found it most effective to ask for a business case with every request. Funny how quickly "important" features are no longer critical when they proposer has to provide funding and accept responsibility for slippage to other parts of a project.
