  This is surprisingly true. I saw your product description, was interested, and left. You can the best product in the world but if the design is pretty poor, then you can't really incentivize me to take the time to create an account. Basically: The design of the site does not inspire confidence in your product, even as good as it may be.

    Could you be more specific? Is the whole design offputting or certain aspects? Any suggestions would be appreciated
