I don't have time to play Forensic Photoshop right now, but there might be something to divine from what was erased from the page. All of the terms could be mistranslations or interpretations of otherwise-established systems. It looks an awful lot like Fallout-flavored GURPS to me (you've got SPECIAL if you interpret Agility as Dexterity and Faith as Luck) mixed with Cthulhu (library, faith, occult, track, spot hidden, nature-related skills).
