Thank you. Do you think blogger missed it, focused on the 'should' part or it is part of clickbaity nature of our news cycle? Either seems as a likely possibility. I don't think EU would be stupid enough to kill open source.
- occamrazor 4y agoIt’s more than clickbait. The intent of the proposed legislation in not to make volunteer open-source contributors liable for bugs, but the current draft may set the boundary between commercial and non-commercial developers in the wrong place.
