Would love to get more insight into what happened in the design phase? Besides the construction contractor who was the architect, why aren’t they being sued?
- chasd00 4y agoWas wondering the same. I worked for an architect as a CAD draftsman in college and know that what gets drawn vs what actually gets built can be two very different things. Unless the architect is at the site every other day checking things the contractor treats construction plans as a basic guide at best.
