2: Tesla fixed this in January 2020 and allows a 48 hour refund window, provided you haven't already requested a refund for that item, implying he bought FSD, then refunded it, then bought it again.

- suddenclarity 4y agoThey kinda did, which is why OP is insinuating that there's something else going on and the guy in the article might not have been completely honest. Note how most of the article is refering to things happening in January of 2020. I've seen some weird things though, so I'm not as convinced as OP. Anything can happen. With that said, I don't see the relevancy of a three year old story unless there are any recent cases.
