Evidently, the reader who was caught did not read the section about fulfilling contracts discreetly.
- gweinberg 4y agoIndeed, I believe the publishers actually used this argument in their defense: that although the killer had a copy of the book, he didn't really use it. He got caught because he did several things the book explicitly said not to do.
