I noticed a sharp uptick in recruiters reaching out, but it’s been almost exclusively for 12-month contracts. Different from the 50/50 contract and salaried posts that would normally come up a while ago. For someone with 0 contract jobs on their LinkedIn work history I thought that was a bit odd. (Canada, most of these contracts were for USA based companies)
