IP-zealots believe that humans - as well as creators - need to be trained compliance officers or IP investigators/lawyers - or do it for the money needed to hire a lawyer. As a consumer if you see something and believe it is a copy of something else - and care about it - act on that belief and don't consume it. Not everyone needs to care about your belief system, and surely not wasting public good (judicial resources) enforcing your belief system
