- simonblack 4y ago"Our Choice: To Be Global or To Be Western?" This is the crux of the matter in a nutshell. The West has been 'Top Dog' so long that most of us can't envisage any other viewpoint. The West is highly at risk of being left behind and unable to catch up. And it's not just Open Source where the West will be left behind. It's time for us to leave the cocoon and see there's a very big, wide world out there.
