- pantulis 4y agoOne of the most remarkable things about staying in France: it's not only about the gastronomy itself, it's about the quality of the overall experience, and I'm not talking about Michelin guide restaurants, you get the glimpse of a different culture of preparing food just by eating almost anywhere: as a Spaniard I found it much easier to have a mediocre meal in Madrid than in Paris.
