St Johns Wort contains an MAOI. I don't think this herb should be taken without understanding that, and what an MAOI is, and what MAOIs interact with (SSRIs, and badly. Personal experience with that. Can be a hospital job, with death as a possible outcome though I believe that's rare). FYI
