Are there any cases where a company has denied RSU vesting to employees due to performance reasons?

How many of them are given RSU ?
- s1artibartfast 4y agoCan you clarify your question? Are you asking about denying vesting or granting of RSU? Individual performance or corporate performance? Performance based grants are extremely common. Denying vesting of RSUs specifically based on performance (individual or corporate) would require specialized terms at the outset, and I'm not sure it can be done legally. Stock in general can have "claw-back" provisions.
